Honestly? She was not in the mood for dealing with SHIELD or the Avengers when she arrived to... volunteer her services for being an escort for Loki. She understood the basic principal - he had attacked one of the most visible cities on Earth and caused a lot of damage and there needed to be reparations for such a thing - but if they wanted him to improve in behaviour, such restrictions were not the way to do it. They would only cause resentment and further problems.

And so she showed up to take him out. She didn't think they expected that...

"Oh yes. So very shallow." Loki smirked up at her, enjoying the way that she touched him. "How dare you," he stated, rolling his eyes up at her and not bothering to hide his actions. "You are such a brute."

"Whatever shall you do with me?" She laughed, teasing back as easily as he teased her. "Do I bear marks?"

"You do. Though, not as bad as mine, I'd dare say. You have longer fingernails." He smiled up at her. "I should be asking what you shall do with me. Am I not yours now?"

"I think we may be each other's," she said softly, looking at him. "I quite like the idea."

Loki's quiet, staring up at her, getting lost in his thoughts again. Or her eyes. It could be a little of both. He smiled as he reached up, brushing his knuckles against her cheek. He watches her, feeling lucky to have her in his life and almost not wanting to leave her side. He would have to, eventually. For all his wording and bluster, he did love and care for his brother very much, so much sometimes he didn't even want to admit to Thor.

"Should order some room service. A goddess needs to be fed," he murmured. He was trying to joke, to keep things light with her. If he did that, he didn't have to think about saying goodbye.

"We will need to put something on," she says lightly, leaning forward to kiss his cheek, before - somehow still graceful despite the obvious tired movment - rising from the bed to reach the phone to call for service. She glanced over at him, smirking a little. "People glance your way all the time, I shouldn't give them more reason for it."

It's light, a tease, spoken with fondness. So much so.

"Is there anything you would like?" She comes back over with the small menu provided.

"Do we have to? I think seeing me alone might be a tip for the staff." He laughed, scooting up into a sitting position as he watched her move. "Ah, the jealous type. I never pegged you for that," he teased.

He scoots to either make room for her or welcome her in his lap, her choosing. His head shakes slightly as he bites on his bottom lip. "Oh, no. I daresay, I'm not that hungry. Yet." Loki winked slightly at her.

"Eggs. I have enjoyed those in the past. Or... What's the thing with the syrup?"

She sits close - not quite in his lap but near enough.

"Eat and then we can consider spending more energy," she presses two fingers to his lips, eyebrows raised in the semi challenge it is.

"Pancakes? You would like pancakes?"

Loki nodded his head, not saying another word. Clearly, she had a method to her madness. For now, he would sit back and enjoy. For soon enough, Thor would be wanting him to return.

He smirked at her, a twinkle in his eyes as he nodded his head in agreement. Yes, he would like pancakes. And did, actually, once or twice.

She smiled and nodded, reaching over him to get the phone to make the call for food. It didn't take long.

"We will need to put something on to answer the door."

Loki smirked at her. "Oh, can I speak now?" He chuckled and moved to stand up, stretching his long arms over his head, almost like a cat in his movements. His eyes close and he relaxes a little, enjoying the stretch before slowly easing out of it.

Rolling his eyes at her, Loki waved a hand over himself. Using his magic, he conjured a bathrobe in dark black and green colors, tied at his waist and covering him down to his knees. "Better," he said sarcastically.

She watches him as he stretches, enjoying the way his body moves. She gives a nod when the bathrobe appears, and that smirk of hers reappears.

"Now I need not worry of people gaping."

"Goddess, the only one I want gaping is you." Loki grinned and crawled back onto the bed, hovering over her. Thought it was magically conjured, she would be able to reach up and feel the black terry cloth beneath her fingers. One hand reached out to stroke her jaw as he leaned in, lips brushing lightly against her forehead.

He really wished he could just stay here with her forever, but even he would admit that maybe, just maybe he'd miss Thor. Just Thor.

"Diana," he purred softly, her name a bit of a prayer on his tongue. "What else do you have on your agenda? Other than me, here with you, ravishing you over and over again." His lips trailed down her temple to her earlobe, lightly sucking it into his mouth. His teeth grazed the soft flesh.

"Tell me, goddess. What can I do to please you?" There were very few that he'd actively worship in any capacity. She was one of them.

Diana smiled softly, running her fingers through his hair with one hand, the other trailing down the robe.

"You please me by being here," she said softly. "Though I will have other ideas, perhaps," it was added with a small smirk, showing that teasing side once again.

"Oh, I can bet your ideas." He laughed, raising an eyebrow at her as he let his own hand trail up her body. "Who are you and what have you done with Diana?"

Diana laughed softly. "I am still myself, just freed from keeping my thoughts to myself."

"I like this Diana better." Loki moved onto his side, trailing his fingers slowly up and down her body, watching her face for her reactions. "You are freer." A slight chuckle slipped out, his fingers moving down to run over her knee. "Hmmm, more willing to mischief."

Her smile grew softer, though the fondness did not disappear. "Such things happen when the truth is spoken."

"We have always been truthful with each other. I've never held anything from you in the past." And yet, he knew what she meant. He knew that things would be different from now on. "Eventually, we will have to leave this room..."

"I know," she said, "but for now, I would rather not think on that." A knock at the door had her rising, grabbing her own dressing gown. "That will be our food."

Loki nodded his head and rose to his feet. His hand turned over and he winked at her as he conjured some money out of thin air. It was, in fact, real money. It was just hidden away. His illusions were legendary and it would have taken too much time to tell her what he'd done with it. Similar to hiding the Tesseract, he had pockets where nobody would think he had pockets.

Loki moved over to the door and answered it, smirking at the young man on the other side of it. "Hello. Well, hmmm... Delicious." He really wasn't clear if he was talking about the man or the food. When she was dressed, Loki stepped back to allow the man entrance. "Place the cart over there, please." He stepped over and paid the man well, tipping him much more than he probably needed to.

He was so pretty, he wondered if Diana would let him keep the lad.

She was impressed by the conjuring, and wondered if he would ever explain exactly how it worked to her. While she didn't personally have the talent for magic, she had long been interested in how it worked and what it was capable of. Unfortunately, most people whom she had met that could use it were often people she was fighting against.

She raised an eyebrow at his actions. Oh, she knew what he was likely thinking but honestly, the young man had to work and could get into seriously trouble for taking pleasure with guests during these working hours. She would not like to be responsible for someone losing their job.

Loki watched her, rolling his eyes as he shook his head. He knew what she was thinking. Reluctantly, he stepped out of the way and allowed the man to leave the room. Closing the door behind him, he stepped back over to her and lifted the covers from the food trays.

"You are no fun," he said softly, pouting up at her. "Too honest. He was pretty."

"He was very pretty," she agreed, coming over to look at the food and decide what she wanted to eat. "But had we distracted him from his work he may have well ended up unemployed and that is nothing we want to be the cause of."

"So, what exactly did you order?" He glanced up at her, raising an eyebrow. He really didn't want to discuss it with her. He knew she was right, but he wanted to have fun. He liked causing his mischief. Instead, he chose to change the subject and focus on the food, for now.
